1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using TournamentPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, players, organizers, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice before any new terms take effect.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

Account creation is required for competitive participation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.
• Account selling or sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. PLATFORM BEHAVIOR

TournamentPro is built on fair play. Any attempt to compromise the integrity of matches will result in penalties:

• Cheating: Using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is forbidden.
• Toxic Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, or abuse towards other players or staff is not tolerated.
• Match Fixing: Any collusion to manipulate match results will lead to a permanent ban.
• Smurfing: High-level players using low-level accounts to dominate newer players is discouraged.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TournamentPro and its licensors.

Our trademarks and branding may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
